CANCELLATION POLICY
In the interest of all, we kindly request that clients provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation of any appointment.
IMPORTANT: There will be a 50% cancellation fee of booked service amount when you provide us with less than 24 hours notice. Thank you for your cooperation!

NO SHOWS
A 100% cancellation fee of booked service amount will be charged to those who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments without notifying us of the cancellation in advance.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We strive to provide high quality services and products and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction; please speak with a manager within 72 hours of your original service.
If product is unopened and in the original package with proof of purchase, it may be exchanged, only up to 15 days. Skincare items cannot be returned and are final sales. (Updated 3/5/25)
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash and debit/credit cards. An ATM is available at the salon for your convenience.
Cash deposits are required for hair extensions.
We are no longer accepting personal checks for service payment. (Updated 8/14/24)
CONSULTATIONS
We offer complimentary consultations for any of our salon and spa services. You may schedule this for a separate visit or combine this with your first reservation.
GIFT CARDS
Need a special gift for someone? Give a Salon Riza Gift Card which can be used for salon, spa services, or retail.
Gift cards are available at the Front Desk as well as here on our website.
CHILD POLICY
We have updated our salon policy, and we will no longer allow children under the age of 6 in the salon unless they are being serviced. We care deeply about the safety of your little ones and strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Children under 6 are most welcome in the salon if they have an appointment or are receiving salon services. Siblings are welcome to accompany the child if the Caregiver is not receiving services and can attend to the children.

This includes SMS messages for conversations (external), such as appointment reminders and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
