"I can’t recommend Francesca at Salon Riza enough! From my first appointment, I was impressed by her ability to understand exactly what I wanted, even when I struggled to articulate it. My hair had some damage and the previous color didn’t suit me, but Francesca transformed it into something I love. She’s incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. In just two appointments, my hair feels healthier and looks fantastic—I’ve received so many compliments at work! What I appreciate most is that Francesca doesn’t pressure you into buying products, which has been my experience at other salons. Instead, I found myself asking her for recommendations after I expressed disappointment with my previous products. During my first appointment, I accidentally forgot to tip her, and she was so gracious about it. I felt terrible, but her professionalism and positive attitude didn’t waver at all. I eventually made it right, but I was livid at myself for the oversight. I’m embarrassed writing this, but I think I needed to share that! I’m 100% satisfied with the results and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, highly professional, and understanding hairstylist!"

“The Salon has a nice ambiance. It was very clean and good products as well. It was my first haircut in the USA and Francesca was my hairdresser and she was fantastic!
