SWEDISH MASSAGE

A calming experience that incorporates firm but relaxing pressure to promote circulation and ease tension in the muscles. This type of massage uses long broad strokes, kneading, and stretching.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Incorporating many techniques including Swedish, deep muscle, trigger points and myofascial stretches to lengthen, stretch and relieve tightness in tired sore muscles.

Doreen Sidell is a graduate of SpaTech Institute in Ipswich, MA and has been working at Salon Riza for 2 1/2 years. She understands that every massage client has unique needs and she prides herself on being able to hone in on the needs of that individual. Doreen is skilled and educated in Swedish, deep tissue and pre-natal massage; trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques and cupping. She is committed to sharing her knowledge and often recommends stretches or exercises to help clients move closer to their pain-free goal. Doreen offers a warm, relaxing environment in which you can wind down into relaxation mode.
